FYI... I'M MIA LEBLON NOIR

A she/her Leader, Product Manager, & UX Strategist taking over the tech world. Okay, maybe I'm not taking it over, but I damn well am trying.

With nearly two decades of Digital and Product experience, my background covers multiple disciplines to navigate the process of creating and building love-able products that make an impact. 

I have no fear in expressing my visions for requirements, product design, providing technical solutions, or making those tough calls when nearing a tight deadline.

Having come from an analytical & strategic past, it's a familiarity for me to identify the high level roadmap of a product and grow it by pushing enhancements, fulfilling use cases, and providing value that meets user needs as well as business goals.

In addition to developing user flows, acceptance criteria, information architecture diagrams, data matrices, and wireframes, I build & lead collaborative teams to deliver. I keep up with the latest web & mobile technologies and utilize the agile methodology (when it’s appropriate), to help me get to the finish line. 

In my spare time, I mentor young Product and UX folks and do volunteer work (as a Creative Director) for 501(c)(3) non-profits like Asian American Collective and Women in Music.
